Head down to your local supermarket or hardware store and pick up some waterproof gloves and goggles. The total shouldn't exceed $20. If you have enclosed footwear make sure that you wear them while cleaning your wheelie bin. Finally you will need to equip yourself with a scrubbing device and hose with a spraying connection.
